Service Description

The Intermediate Folklorico class is geared toward the dancer who's ready to learn beyond the basics and who have completed Beginner Folklorico classes. Dance steps, skirt work, hand placement, choreography and body composition are taught in these classes. The footwork and skirt work build on the Beginner experience. Performances in the Intermediate classes are optional, but there are opportunities to perform regularly. Costuming-including shoes and any necessary accessories-is shared prior to the first performance, and when the dancer demonstrates that they are ready to perform publicly. Tuition is paid monthly.
